Where should I park? How do I get free parking?

We validate free parking at Republic Parking System, a 400-car parking garage located right next to our dispensary (entrances are on Thompson St and Maynard St). Street parking is available on William St and Maynard St.

Who can purchase cannabis in MI?

Michigan residents 18 years or older, with a state-approved medical marijuana patient card, can purchase cannabis from medical dispensaries, called provisioning centers.

Adult-use marijuana was approved by Michigan voters in November 2018. If you are an adult who is 21 years or older, you are legally allowed to purchase, possess, and consume cannabis.

What are your hours of operation?

We’re open Monday through Saturday from 11 am to 8 pm and Sunday from 11 am to 7 pm.

Do you provide cannabis delivery?

Treehouse 603 does not provide delivery yet, but we will soon. For now, we offer curbside pickup and the fast lane for your convenient grab & go service.

How much cannabis can I purchase at once and possess generally?

Can I buy cannabis for other people?

You can only purchase cannabis for other people if you are a registered caregiver. A patient must submit one of the following to designate you as their caregiver:

  • A complete Application Packet (if the patient is within 60 days of his or her registry card expiring OR the person is not a current patient with an active registry card)
  • A complete Add or Change Caregiver Form (if the patient already has an active registry card).

What are the cannabis taxes?

Medical cannabis sales in Michigan are subject to the standard state sales tax of 6%. Recreational cannabis is subject to a 10% excise tax on top of the standard sales tax.

How does Treehouse 603 source cannabis products?

We have a strict curation and quality-control process led by a team of cannabis experts when it comes to choosing our products. We only source from licensed and compliant cannabis vendors.

Is the cannabis product at Treehouse 603 tested? What is it tested for?

All of our cannabis products are tested in strict compliance with Michigan law. Michigan contaminant testing examines levels of microbials, mycotoxins, moisture content, foreign materials, pesticides, and other chemical residues, residual solvents, and heavy metals. Testing also measures potency levels of THC, THCA, CBD, and CBDA, in addition to terpene analysis.

Can I purchase cannabis with my credit card/debit card?

We only accept debit cards.
